Supreme Supreme

Supreme Supreme fulfils several functions; it is the HQ for Coffee Supreme’s wholesale staff, as well as a training and education facility. For the public, it’s destination for excellent coffee and food.

Supreme Supreme accommodates a range of uses, but is also honours the heritage of the existing building and bridges the gap between new and old. A rigorous grid (inspired by an accounting ledger, filled with Chinese script, found on site when the building was renovated) unifies the interior, and the ledger’s straight blue and red lines and page colour were also starting points for the design concept. The grid is referenced in panels on the walls and floor, and the square tables, chairs and tiles, through square interior windows that provide a glimpse of the back-of-house.
